Kaehler Core Community

Free
This community is for people who are consistent exercisers that want to maintain excellent strength and flexibility and eliminate injuries. Do you want to preserve your spine as you age? Get rid of recurring injuries that persist no matter what training method you have tried so far? Column-core training and the Kaehler Core are part of one powerful training principle of movement. I am creating this community to help as many people as I can to learn body control to preserve the spine and make the arms and legs do 100% of the moving work. The product and posts will begin to teach this powerful process a piece at a time.
