Column-core Bridge Level 1 Hands-on exercise

This column-core bridge is a key base exercise that I teach athletes, clients, and patients to help them know what muscles they should feel activate they keep their spine fixed.

Novice learners start to practice this new habit over and over again and also learn additional movements. I have taken thousands of athletes through this powerful process over the past 20+ years.

This column-core hands-on process lead to the creation of the Kaehler Core. It compounds the results.

The column-core training system gives the body a stable platform. One where all the moving work is shifted out into the extremities.
