Building leg flexor strength- hip flexors and hamstrings

Hip flexion pulls are one of the base exercise movements I teach all of my clients suffering from multiple injuries from low back pain, to IT-Band/knee pain, to ankle/foot issues, etc. Eliminating many of these issues comes down to people learning how to improve awareness of how much they use their spine help move their legs.

In this exercise I begin to show users what it "feels like" when we remove the spine being a moving helper of the legs.

When this exercise is done using the column-core stabilization technique, the user starts to become aware of why and where they should feel muscle activation.

This new skill is learned by mastering this movement skill. This same movement pattern can be done on the Kaehler Core (KCore) with increased levels of intensity.
