As a trail runner and rower keeping muscle balance up is essential.

This exercise motion is a great way to keep your muscle system balanced. Whether you have a Kaehler Core [Body Bandit] or not this is an excellent exercise motion to train based on the thousands of clients/patients I have evaluated over the years.
